Our institutional foundation & Our identity
The association cloak: Myth vs. reality. The prejudice: An association is only there for leisure, fun and hobbies. The reality: The largest institutions in our society use the association system as a highly professional, international foundation for billion-dollar structures and top-level research.
Whether the world-renowned automobile clubs with millions of members, the internationally operating testing companies for technical safety, large rescue organisations or Europe’s largest organisations for applied research – they all prove the enormous economic power of the legal form of an association. We consciously use the BAO-audited, non-profit association as a legally secure protective cloak for real developments, research and real business.
Why does the association have this high legal status? The right to organise as a community in an association is deeply anchored in the constitution as a fundamental right and offers the highest level of stability.
Constitutional status & safe haven: The law protects the community extremely strongly against interventions by the state or the economy. This protection creates a legal space in which we do not have to play by the hard rules of the market.
Value guarantee: We can establish our own values – fraternity and fairness – as binding rules. Neither banks nor investors can ever force us to trade humanity for profit.
The Ubuntu principle: The “We” as a foundation. At the centre of our actions is the Ubuntu principle. The guiding principle is: “I am because we are.” We are not a collection of individual interests, but a genuine, living community of values and solidarity. We organise humanity, humanism and fairness in a legally binding way. In a world that often relies on competition, we live the “We”. We are absolutely impartial and free of ideology – our community is open to every person in the world who shares our values.

Technology is not an end in itself for us, but a tool of service. We do not just build pioneering technology – we build communities. Our core principle: We generate energy directly at the consumer’s location and network everything and everyone.
Impact 1: Energy infrastructure without million-dollar network expansion. The construction of conventional, centralised electricity and heating networks costs worldwide millions and takes decades. Our technology radically skips this development stage: With our systems, we create a complete, highly efficient energy supply directly in every house. The interconnection of several buildings is also cost-effectively feasible. We eliminate expensive grid investments and bring immediate independence to every place on earth.
Impact 2: The seamless, life-saving networking of society. Today’s digitalisation suffers from isolated systems that run silently side by side. We are tearing down these walls. Our technology networks the entire public, private and economic life into a cooperating unit to protect lives and optimise processes:
- Life protection in real time: Vehicles, people and the environment communicate permanently. A driver is warned even before they see the cyclist in their blind spot. In the fields, the tractor stops fully automatically, long before the mower endangers the invisible fawn.
- Crisis-proof civil protection: The ambulance is guided through traffic on the absolute fastest route because traffic light systems and traffic autonomously make way. Even during extreme crises, ministries, disaster control, hospitals and barracks remain completely self-sufficient and fail-safe connected.
- Smooth logistics & everyday life: The system ensures highly complex, error-free loading and unloading as well as customs clearance in ports and freight centres. From the self-sufficient waterworks right through to buying a ticket for the tram, paying with a smartphone or submitting an application for social assistance to the authorities – everything meshes together perfectly.

Our developments are based on physical facts, mathematical logic and decades of industrial know-how. We combine proven principles into systems that the free market is desperately seeking. Since these are protected innovations, we do not provide deep design data publicly here, but summarise our two core areas in hard facts:
Core area 1: Self-sufficient energy technology (power4you energy systems)
The blueprint for global energy freedom. We liberate highly efficient combined heat and power from the shackles of the central power grid. With an efficiency of 98 %, our systems generate heat and power using absolute fuel flexibility (from biogenic liquid gas/LPG to hydrogen) directly at the consumer’s location (off-grid).
- Compact performance: The Home Edition requires no more space than a standard dishwasher (Düsseldorf pallet). The cascadable Business Edition fits on a standard Euro pallet.
- Radical amortisation: Immediate ROI through drastically reduced primary energy costs. The system demonstrates radical amortisation in approx. 3 years (based on target economic manufacturing costs of approx. € 8,000).
- Risk-free Plug & Play: The system operates with safe 48 V low-voltage technology. This makes high-voltage electricians redundant. Old heating systems do not have to be dismantled.
- Maintenance without specialists (DIY): An annual oil change can be carried out by the user themselves. In the event of a defect, the 24-hour device replacement promise applies.
Core area 2: Intelligent networks & Smart Solutions
The basis of any genuine digitalisation & The strategic backbone. Previous digitalisation systems operate in fragmented, passive silos and are extremely vulnerable in a crisis. We are finally tearing down these walls. Our Smart Solutions, the self-sufficient mesh network and the hardware of the “Yellow Box” form the absolute foundation for genuine, functioning digitalisation.
The foundation of this revolution is formed by the “Yellow Box” – a physical industrial node that processes sensor data on site in real time using edge computing – completely independent of external servers, internet, mobile communications or WLAN.
- The universal basis: The indestructible foundation (Layer 0) for Smart Home, Smart Building, Smart Factory, Logistics, Smart Marina and Military.
- The digital protective shield: Our hybrid mesh network guarantees, as a resilient safeguard, secure operation during power outages, cyberattacks and hybrid threats.
- Transformation without downtime: The module is mounted directly onto the existing electrical system and establishes immediate connectivity. No expensive rewiring.
- Validated under extreme conditions: From the laboratory phase (TRL 4) to operational validation at TRL 9 in real live operation (such as in the maritime security sector at Stolt Tankers).
