Transparency & Legal Security: Our official documents and representation
As a non-profit research and development association, we rely on absolute clarity, seamless governance and seamless compliance. Since our work, the awarding of projects and the use of funding are subject to the strict criteria of the Federal Fiscal Code (§§ 34–47 BAO), the Austrian Association Act 2002 as well as national and international audit guidelines, we make our legal foundations and our official representation conditions transparently accessible.
Official Registration & Organ Representation. Our association is registered in the official Central Register of Associations (ZVR) in Austria. According to the statutory and officially deposited regulation, the association is represented judicially and extrajudicially by the president alone, while the mandatory co-signature of another executive committee member applies for extraordinary legal transactions.
