We are a state-recognised community of values that develops groundbreaking technologies not for the drawer, but for the real world. To ensure that our innovations, patents and data are protected from hostile takeovers, pure profit greed or dismantling, our statutes anchor an iron protective wall:
According to § 4 para. 3a of our association statutes, supporting members are pure supporters of the association without voting rights in the general assembly. In addition, § 16 stipulates that all intangible rights (IP) developed within the association remain the inviolable property of the association and serve exclusively non-profit purposes.
This means for you: Neither large corporations nor speculators can ever infiltrate the community. Our internal ecosystem is clearly structured – here are the paths by which you, as a private user, specialist partner or investor, can join and benefit:
The structure of our partnerships. In order to purposefully involve all actors of society while simultaneously complying with the strict non-profit criteria of §§ 34–47 BAO, our network is divided into clear categories:
Path 1: The extraordinary supporting member (B2C)
Genuine energy freedom for the modest wallet – plannable, secure and communal. According to § 6 para. 2 of our statutes, regular membership is designed for a duration of 1 year and renews automatically. With a calculable funding contribution of only €12 per month (€144 annual contribution), you secure your place in the front row:
- The double tax leverage (contributions & free donations): We are currently setting up the official activation with the Salzburg tax office. As soon as this is available, not only are your regular membership fees fully tax-deductible – every member can also make free donations in completely unlimited amounts to the association to actively accelerate our research and maximally optimise their own tax burden.
- Guaranteed first-mover discount: As soon as the energy technology is available for the market, you obtain the systems as a registered member directly via our internal economic cycle – without the otherwise usual, expensive mark-ups of intermediary trade.
- Consultation, evaluation & network: You gain access to independent consultation sessions. We evaluate your home situation and connect you with certified energy consultants and tradespeople from our elite network.
- Application as a pilot project partner: As a member, you have the exclusive chance to provide your home as a real-world laboratory or demonstration facility (Smart Home) and test the technology in real use beforehand.
Path 2: The business cooperation partner (B2B)
Secure orders, protect know-how and cooperate in a tax-optimised manner. For specialist businesses, installers and planners, we offer a closed value chain. Admission to this elite B2B network is tied to a commercial funding contribution, which is fully tax-deductible.
The legal protective space according to § 7 & § 16: Our statutes guarantee an absolutely fair and protected business environment. Every network member is subject to a strict, permanent confidentiality obligation, strict know-how protection as well as a ban on the private exploitation of customers or the poaching of association partners. Anyone who achieves economic advantages through our network pays a fair reimbursement of costs to the association. In this way, we protect honest doers from free riders.
Path 3: The Strategic Investor
Genuine intrinsic values instead of empty speculation – safeguarded by state compliance. The association is politically neutral, pursues no economic self-interests and is strictly separated from operational, association-owned companies (according to § 2 para. 5 and § 3 para. 2 of our statutes). To realise large-scale projects for the market development of our smart technologies (volume: 8 to 10 million euros), we found purpose-bound, association-owned limited liability companies (GmbHs). Large investors are offered an absolutely crisis-proof, highly profitable setup starting from an entry ticket of 2 million euros:
- Genuine shares & management control: You invest directly in the executing GmbHs and receive real company shares there. To safeguard your rights, you can dispatch your own personnel directly into the management of the respective GmbH.
- Strict state compliance as a protective shield: Since we intensively draw upon national, European and international funding (such as Horizon Europe, EU agencies or the NATO DIANA programme), our financial management and organisation are subject to permanent, strictest state audits and controls. This seamless transparency is your maximum protection against undesirable economic developments.
- Participation in the global rollout: After the successful development and testing of the pilot projects (e.g. in the area of maritime Smart Solutions), we will found international sales and operating companies together with our partners for the worldwide market launch. As an investor from day one, you secure the global first-mover rights.
